This Privacy Policy explains how [Legal entity name] ("StrategyView", "we", "us") processes personal data when you visit https://strategyview.trade or use the application at https://app.strategyview.trade (together, the "Service"). It is written to meet the information duties of Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is [Legal entity name], [Registered address], registration number [Company registration number]. You can reach us about anything related to your personal data at support@strategyview.trade.
2. Data we collect
- Account data. If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and Google account identifier. If you sign in with a crypto wallet: your public wallet address and the signed sign-in message. We never ask for, receive or store private keys or seed phrases.
- Payment data. For crypto payments: the paying wallet address, transaction hash, token, network, amount and date. We do not process card numbers; if card payments are offered, they are handled by the payment provider named at checkout.
- Product data. Your workspaces, chart layouts, indicators, watchlists, strategies and preferences.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and server logs needed to deliver and secure the Service.
- Support data. The content of messages you send us.
- AI features. When you use the Satoshi AI Copilot, your questions and the chart context they refer to are sent to the Claude account you connect. See section 6.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced them against your rights. You can object at any time (section 9).
4. Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in, remember that you are signed in across our websites, remember interface settings and store your cookie choice. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive they do not require consent, and they are always on.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how our website is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 14 months. Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you accept, and advertising features and ad personalisation are disabled. The application at https://app.strategyview.trade does not use analytics cookies.
We ask again after 12 months. You can accept or withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (processors under Art. 28 GDPR): hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, blockchain node and indexing providers, and payment providers.
- Google, when you choose to sign in with Google, and as the provider of Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies.
- Public blockchains. Payments are recorded on a public blockchain by design. We do not control that record and cannot change or delete it.
- Authorities, when we are legally required to, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. AI features
The Satoshi AI Copilot runs on the Claude account that you connect yourself. When you use it, your question and the market context it needs are sent to Anthropic under your own agreement with Anthropic, which governs how Anthropic processes that data. We do not use your conversations to train models. You are always told when you are interacting with an AI system, as required by the EU AI Act.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or on the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any supplementary measures needed.
8. How long we keep it
- Account and product data: while your account is open, and up to 30 days after you delete it.
- Payment and invoicing records: for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Server and security logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate an incident.
- Support messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before;
- lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence, work or of the alleged infringement.
To exercise them, write to support@strategyview.trade. We answer within one month. Data written to a public blockchain cannot be erased by us or anyone else.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and signed, short-lived sessions to protect your data. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the GDPR requires.
11. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
12. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will also tell you by email or in the application before it takes effect.
