These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://strategyview.trade, the application at https://app.strategyview.trade and every related service (the "Service"), provided by [Legal entity name], [Registered address], registration number [Company registration number] ("StrategyView", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
StrategyView is a market-analytics platform for Bitcoin and Ethereum options, spot and futures markets. It provides charts, market data visualizations, models, trading-analysis tools and AI features.
StrategyView provides information and tools only. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not execute trades for you and does not hold your funds. Read the Risk Disclosure before using the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions of the European Union, the United Nations or any other applicable authority, or if you are located in a country where the Service is prohibited.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account or a crypto wallet. You are responsible for keeping them secure.
- We will never ask for your private keys, seed phrase or passwords.
- An account is personal. You may not share it or resell access to it.
- Tell us promptly at support@strategyview.trade if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- The plans, their features and prices are described on the Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise.
- Paid plans are paid in advance for the billing period you choose, monthly, quarterly or annual, and give access until the end of that period.
- The Founding plan is offered to the first 100 paying accounts at the price shown when you subscribe, for as long as you keep renewing it without interruption.
- Crypto payments are accepted only in the tokens and networks shown at checkout. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: a payment sent in another token, on another network or to another address may be lost and cannot be recovered by us. Network fees are paid by you.
- A plan is activated once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Crypto payments do not renew automatically: when the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you renew.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. Changes never affect a period you have already paid.
5. Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To do so, send a clear statement to support@strategyview.trade before the 14 days end.
Because you ask us to give you access to the Service immediately, if you withdraw we will refund the price minus a proportional amount for the days you already had access, as allowed by Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Refunds are made within 14 days of your request, in the same token and to the wallet that made the payment, unless we agree otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute data, charts or outputs of the Service, except for personal use;
- access the Service with bots, scrapers or automated tools beyond the features we provide for that purpose;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or overload it;
- use the Service for market manipulation or any other unlawful purpose.
7. Market data
Market data comes from third-party exchanges and providers. It may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and derived metrics such as gamma exposure rely on modelling assumptions. We do our best to keep it correct but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability.
8. AI features
Some features, such as the Satoshi AI Copilot and the AI strategy builder, generate content with artificial intelligence. The Satoshi AI Copilot runs on the Claude account you connect, and your use of Claude is also governed by your agreement with Anthropic. AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete: check them before relying on them. They are not investment advice.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, models and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms. The strategies, layouts and other content you create remain yours; you give us the licence needed to store and display them to you.
10. Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance and third-party outages may cause interruptions. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid plan during a period you have paid for, you may ask for a proportional refund.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law, with notice and reasons where the law requires it. If we close an account without cause, we refund the unused part of any paid period.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services under Directive (EU) 2019/770.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country of incorporation]. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts. 14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the application at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and receive a refund of the unused part of a paid period.
