Trading crypto-assets and derivatives carries a high risk of loss. You can lose all the money you invest. StrategyView is an analytics tool, not an investment adviser.
1. No investment advice
Everything on StrategyView, including charts, levels, indicators, models, backtests, articles and AI outputs, is provided for information and education only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. [Legal entity name] is not an investment firm or a crypto-asset service provider and does not execute, route or hold any order or funds. Your trading decisions are yours alone.
2. Crypto-assets
- Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile and can fall sharply in a short time.
- Crypto-assets are not covered by investor compensation schemes (Directive 97/9/EC) or deposit guarantee schemes (Directive 2014/49/EU).
- Markets can become illiquid, and exchanges can fail, be hacked or halt trading.
- Regulation of crypto-assets is changing and may affect their value or your ability to trade them.
3. Futures, perpetuals and options
- Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Leveraged positions can be liquidated automatically, and losses can exceed your initial margin on some venues.
- Funding rates on perpetual futures can make holding a position costly over time.
- Options can expire worthless; selling options can expose you to large or unlimited losses.
4. Limits of analytics and models
- Metrics such as gamma exposure rely on assumptions about how dealers are positioned that cannot be observed directly. They are estimates, not facts.
- Probabilistic models such as Markov chains and Monte Carlo simulations describe possibilities based on past data. They do not predict the future.
- Backtests and past performance do not guarantee future results. Backtests can be affected by overfitting, look-ahead bias, and costs, slippage and liquidity they do not model.
- Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, missing or wrong, particularly during fast markets or outages.
5. AI-generated content
The Satoshi AI Copilot and the AI strategy builder generate content with artificial intelligence. AI can produce answers that sound confident but are wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check any AI output yourself before acting on it.
6. Wallets and payments
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You alone control your wallet and its keys, and losing them means losing access to its funds. Always check the token, network and address before sending a payment.
7. Your responsibility
Only trade with money you can afford to lose, make sure you understand the products you trade, and check the tax and legal treatment in your country. If you are unsure, seek advice from an independent, authorised financial adviser.
